We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, contact or authentication data, and billing information.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process sensitive information including financial data and health data related to the person the LPA covers.

Payment Data. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

We may share information in specific situations, such as business transfers. We use third-party service providers including Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI features), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting).

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some are essential for security and functionality.

6. AI-based products

We offer AI-assisted decision drafting powered by Anthropic. Your input and output will be processed by Anthropic to provide this feature. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account, we remove your data from our active databases.

8. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Your privacy rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: request access to your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
